For brownfield redevelopment, or mitigation of environmental impacts at existing sites, we provide:

Assessment of soil and groundwater impacts are performed in accordance with provincial or federal guidelines or standards. Remediation can be designed to meet property specific standards developed through a risk assessment process. BluMetric provides human health and ecological risk assessment services for both regulatory and due diligence purposes.
