BluMetric Announces Appointment of Co-CEO

Ottawa – 18 November, 2013 – The Board of Directors of BluMetric Environmental Inc. (TSX-V: BLM) announces the appointment of Roger Woeller, BluMetric’s Chief Corporate Development Officer and director, as co-CEO with William (Bill) Touzel, the current CEO.

Mr. Woeller formerly worked in tandem with Mr. Touzel, Mr. Woeller being CEO and Mr. Touzel President and CFO, at WESA Group Inc., the company that completed a reverse takeover with Seprotech Systems Incorporated in the transaction that formed BluMetric, that was completed in November 2012.

“Bill Touzel has some personal matters that require his attention, so he will be taking a leave of absence through the balance of 2013,” said Jordan Grant, Chair of BluMetric. “He and Roger Woeller share a vision of BluMetric’s potential in the market as well as having had a very positive experience working closely together in the past, so the Board felt that the addition of Roger as co-CEO would provide both ballast to BluMetric in its ongoing operations and the energy to drive BluMetric forward in the growing cleantech industry.”
