BluMetric Announces New Board Chair and Stock Option Grant

Ottawa – September 1, 2017 – BluMetric Environmental Inc. (TSX-V: BLM), a leading cleantech company based in Ottawa, announces the appointment of Ms Jane Pagel as Chair of its Board of Directors.  Ms Pagel has been acting as interim Chair since the Annual General Meeting held March 29, 2017.  She has been an independent Director since February 3, 2014 and has served as Chair of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee.

In conjunction with this Board appointment, on September 1, 2017, Ms Pagel is granted options for 60,000 shares, pursuant to the Board compensation structure. The options vest over three years, and are exercisable into common shares of BluMetric at a price of $0.21 per share for five years.
