Ottawa – April 23, 2014 – BluMetric Environmental Inc. (TSX-V: BLM), an Ottawa-based cleantech company, today announced the appointment of Jim Hotchkies, M.Eng., as Vice President, Commercial, in the Water Division.
Most recently, Jim has been working with BluMetric’s membrane partner, LG Electronics, where he served as head of International Business Development for the Water Membrane Division through his consulting company, JWH Consulting GmbH. Prior to that, Jim directed global business for Toray Industries, Inc.’s low pressure membrane group. While with Zenon Environmental Inc., Jim served as senior vice president at Zenon Membrane Solutions EMEA, and worked to integrate their Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) division into GE Water & Process Technologies following GE’s acquisition of Zenon.
